Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nutella and white chocolate chips combine in these soft cookies.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 c dark brown sugar, packed
  • ½ c sugar
  • ⅔ c Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 t vanilla extract
  • 3-1/2 c white whole wheat flour
  • 2 t cornstarch
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 1- 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer beat together the butter and sugar. Add the Nutella and cream with the butter and sugar, about 3-4 minutes. Mix together the dry ingredients will this is creaming. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips. Chill for about 2 hours before baking.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake 9 minutes until edges are set.
  3. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then move to wire rack to continue cooling.
