Wake up to the taste of the holidays in the morning with this easy slow cooker pumpkin French toast.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz loaf cinnamon bread. Cut into ½ inch squares
  • 3.5 c milk
  • ½ c sugar or brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ½ t ground cloves
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree (or 1-1/2 c homemade pumpkin puree)
Instructions
  1. Line the slow cooker with a slow cooker bag. Place bread in lined slow cooker.
  2. Whisk all other ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour over bread in slow cooker and gently stir to coat all the bread.
  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  5. Serve with caramel sauce or maple syrup.
