Cucumber Avocado Salad Pita

- 1 cucumber
- ½ red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 small tomato
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1-2 T olive oil
- 1 t freshly ground sea salt
- 1 t freshly ground pepper
- Chop all the veggies, combine in a bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice and drizzle olive oil over, add salt and pepper
- Stir to combine
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day
