Strawberry Nutella Panini

Serves: 1 serving
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Olive oil
- Nutella, approximately 2 T
- Strawberries, sliced into just under quarter inch slices
- Preheat a panini press to medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush one side of each piece of bread with olive oil.
- Spread one tablespoon (or more to taste and/or based on the size of your bread) of Nutella on the unoiled side of each slice of bread.
- Top one slice of bread evenly with strawberry slices. Close the sandwich.
- Cook in the panini press for about 3-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Slice and enjoy!
