Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 lb (4 sticks) butter, cut into chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 large clove (or 2 regular cloves) garlic, grated
- ¾ c grated parmesan
- 1 ½ t diced parsley
- Add the butter and garlic into a saucepan and melt gently over medium-low to low heat.
- Skim off the foam with a spoon.
- Pour into a bowl. Stir in parmesan and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
