Classic Tartar Sauce

Serves: 1 cups
- ¾ c mayo (I used Hellman’s light)
- 2 t mustard
- 3 T sweet pickle relish
- OPTIONAL:
- 1 to 1-1/2 t fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 1-1/2 t hot sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot
- Mix together all ingredients and allow to chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
- Serve with fish or popcorn shrimp.
