This version of hummus adds a little Asian flair, replacing chickpeas with edamame and adding sesame oil. Hummus is a healthy snack that is really easy to make.

Ingredients
1.5 cups shelled edamame (2 frozen steamer bags)
2 T tahini
4 T fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
1 T olive oil
1 clove garlic
¼ t kosher salt
3 T water
1 t sesame oil
sesame seeds
Instructions
Steam the edamame according to package directions and shell them.
Combine edamame, tahini,lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and water in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
