How to whip cream – a good skill to have in your arsenal. Cream will double when you whip it.

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • 1 T sugar
Instructions
  1. Chill your bowl and whisk in the fridge for at least an hour before whipping the cream.
  2. Pour cream and sugar into the chilled bowl and beat until softly beaten or until soft peaks form depending on how you want to use the whipped cream.
  3. Store in the fridge for a few days or put onto your dessert.
  4. Yield 1 cup
