Slow Cooker Pumpkin French Toast

Serves: 4-6 servings
- 12 oz loaf cinnamon bread. Cut into ½ inch squares
- 3.5 c milk
- ½ c sugar or brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ t salt
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t cinnamon
- ½ t ground cloves
- 1 t vanilla
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree (or 1-1/2 c homemade pumpkin puree)
- Line the slow cooker with a slow cooker bag. Place bread in lined slow cooker.
- Whisk all other ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour over bread in slow cooker and gently stir to coat all the bread.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Serve with caramel sauce or maple syrup.
