Great buffalo flavor that you can pick up and eat with one hand.

Serves: 24 bites
Ingredients
¼-1/2 c cayenne pepper sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1-3/4 c finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ c chopped green onion
3 c shredded chicken
3 eggs, beaten
4 c crushed corn flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together cayenne pepper sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onion with a fork until everything is blended into the cream cheese. Stir in the chicken.
Use a large cookie scoop to form into 1-1/2 to 2 in balls. Roll in flour. Dip into beaten egg and let excess drip off. Roll in the corn flakes pressing lightly to adhere.
Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
