Strawberries & Cream Popsicles

A strawberry and cream popsicle sweetened with a little honey that will be cool, refreshing, and reminiscent of a strawberry yogurt parfait. Use fat free dairy to be a little healthier or use full fat for a creamier popsicle and low-fat for a combination.

Serves: 10 popsicles
Ingredients
  • 2 c strawberries, pureed
  • ¾ c milk
  • 2 – 5.3 oz Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 8 t honey
  • 2 t agave
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c diced strawberries, optional
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into popsicle molds.
  2. If your mold has a cover, place sticks in popsicles. If it doesn’t have a cover freeze for 1 to 2 hours until slushy and add sticks.
  3. Freeze until solid or overnight.
  4. To thaw fill a sink with hot water until just shallower than the mold. Soak for 20 seconds and test a popsicle to see if releases.
  5. Remove popsicles from mold and wrap in waxed paper or place in plastic bags. Return to freezer until ready to enjoy.
