Steakhouse Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Prep time
Total time

My version of a classic steakhouse blue cheese salad with filet mignon, blue cheese dressing and all kinds of goodies. The dressing makes enough for about 3 to 4 dinner salad portions. Cooking time is listed as zero, as I’m focusing on assembly in this recipe – the cooking time will vary based on what kind of steak you use (if you decide to use steak at all) or you can make it a side salad.
