A ketchup and mayo based fry sauce with a little Dijon tang and sriracha spice – but not too much, just enough to make you wonder what else is going on.

Ingredients
  • ⅓ c ketchup
  • ⅔ c mayo (I like Hellmann’s light)
  • Dash dijon
  • Dash sriracha
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate before serving for an hour or two if you have time but not required.
