Two variations on lemonade cocktails to make with my grilled lemonade. Both cocktails include liquor choices intended to compliment the caramel notes of the grilled lemonade.

Ingredients
Grilled Lemonade Bourbon Cocktail
1 oz bourbon
Grilled Lemonade
Large ice cubes
Grilled Lemonade Mojito
Grilled lemon slice, with the grill marks
Mint leaves
1 oz dark rum
Sparkling water
Grilled lemonade
Instructions
Bourbon Cocktail:
In a low ball glass, pour rum over ice. Add lemonade to fill glass. Stir and enjoy.
Mojito:
Add a lemon slice and a couple mint leaves to the bottom of a glass.
Using the back of a wood spoon or a muddler if you have one, smash up the lemon and the mint leaves. This gets the juice out of the lemon and some extra caramel flavors and releases the oils in the mint leaves.
Add ice. Pour in 1 oz of rum. Fill to within about an inch of the top with lemonade. Top with sparking water and stir.
