Barbecue Sauce

This sweet and sticky barbecue sauce, caramelizes on to your meat really well on the grill and makes everything you make finger-licking-good.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 36 oz bottle of ketchup
  • 1 large onion finely minced
  • 1-1/2 c brown sugar
  • 3 t garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 t pepper
  • 3 t dry mustard
  • 2 t – 1 T Worcestershire about 5 shakes.

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 1 hour.
