Blueberry Limeade Popsicles

A fun way to use up leftover blueberry limeade (or any fresh squeezed citrus drink) by turning them into popsicles.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ¾ c of blueberry limeade or however much it takes to fill your popsicle mold

Method
 

  1. Pour blueberry limeade into popsicle mold, leaving a quarter inch at the top for expansion. Put on cover and add sticks. If no cover, freeze for 1 to 2 hours until slushy and add the sticks.
  2. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
  3. To unmold, fill a sink with warm water to the depth of your popsicle mold. Allow popsicle mold to sit in the water until the popsicles release when you gently pull the stick.
  4. Enjoy immediately or place in plastic bags and return to the freezer.
