How to: Roast Garlic

Roasted garlic is a great way to add garlic flavor that isn’t as sharp and hot as raw garlic. I find it to a tasty warm and mellow flavor. Make extra and keep the roasted garlic in your fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • Garlic bulbs
  • Olive oil
  • .

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay down a square of tinfoil. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb and place on tinfoil. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Wrap tinfoil around bulb of garlic.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until soft.
  4. Once cool squeeze the garlic from the bulb.
