Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 mint leaves + more for garnish
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • ice
  • 1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 5-6 oz ginger beer

Method
 

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and the lime juice in the bottom of a copper mug.
  2. Fill the glasses about three-quarters of the way with ice.
  3. Add the whiskey and the ginger beer and stir.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
