Seasoned Duck Bites

This quick and easy steak-bite like appetizer is a great way to enjoy duck, pheasant or grouse.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 duck breasts from 2 ducks
  • 1 cup flour
  • Nature’s Seasons generous sprinkle about 1 t + more for finishing
  • 4 T butter feel free to use more

Method
 

  1. Slice the duck into bite sized pieces or strips.
  2. Mix together the flour and Nature’s Seasons in a large resealable plastic back and shake to coat.
  3. Meanwhile, melt half the butter over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet.
  4. Add the duck to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan and season with Nature’s Seasoning to taste.
  5. Mel the remaining butter in the pan and repeat with second batch.
  6. Serve with toothpicks.
