Turkey Panini with Raspberry Chipotle Aioli

A quick and easy panini with a fruity and spicy aioli.

Ingredients
  

  • Sourdough bread
  • Raspberry chipotle aioli
  • Bacon crumbles
  • Deli sliced turkey
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Thinly sliced green pepper
  • Swiss cheese
  • Dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat a panini press to medium high heat.
  2. Spread raspberry chipotle aioli on each slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles.
  4. Top with sliced turkey, onion, and green pepper.
  5. Add swiss cheese to both sides, tearing the slices as needed to fit the bread.
  6. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  7. Close sandwich and cook in the panini press for 5-7 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
