Blue Cheese Crostini

July 28, 2014 by Dana 1 Comment

Tory and I made this to go with our Buffalo Chicken soup, but it would also go well as an appetizer.  It totally MADE our Buffalo Chicken soup though.  It’s so easy and has only 3 ingredients.

Blue Cheese Crostini 1

Here’s what you need:

Blue-Cheese-Crostini-2

Slice the baguette into thin slices.

Blue-Cheese-Crostini-3

Brush both sides with olive oil.

Blue-Cheese-Crostini-4

Sprinkle with blue cheese.  I apparently forgot to take a picture of the toast with the blue cheese before I put it in the oven.

Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown and yummy.

These crostini go great with soups such as our buffalo chicken soup, or they are great on their own as an appetizer. You could easily change it up with any kind of cheese you happen to have on hand.

[…] Our little experiment turned out great, especially when you serve it with our blue cheese crostini. […]
